About Sharene Mullings
Sharene was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica and immigrated to South Florida in 2007. Her work is largely introspective, exploring social interaction or isolation, self esteem and sentimentality as experienced from behind the lens of black, West Indian cultural identity.
Sharene is currently working as a teaching artist.
